BACKGROUND
Boehringer Ingelheim is one of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies. They are looking for a way to design an app that would provide full companionship for pets as they grow up, and help their veterinary subsidiary enter the Chinese market.
How might we achieve this goal?
HMW reduce patient anxiety?
HMW inform patients better and build their confidence?
HMW allow design to generate stronger trust?
How can we help the business and users?
Although we ultimately need to recommend our veterinary service to our patients, they often go there with anxiety, pain, unease, and even fear. The starting point for our design should not be to create desire and control users’ behavior. Our mission is to ensure that Dr. X serves as an intelligent pet health platform that provides health protection for users as their pets grow.
